Digital Courses & 1-on-1 Sessions
All digital courses (including The Concrete/Hydrostone Candle Making Course: The Winning Formula) and 1-on-1 coaching sessions are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Digital courses provide immediate access to proprietary content and formulas.

1-on-1 sessions reserve dedicated time and resources that cannot be resold or recovered.

Candles & Silicone Molds
You may request a refund or exchange for candles or silicone molds within 30 days of delivery if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.

The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds (for eligible physical products)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that period, please check with your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email {email address} before sending it to {physical address}.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable service for all returns.
